I take great pride in serving fresh nutritional food every day.

All meals are freshly prepared on the day.

​

Both Angelo and I have completed the food safety and hygiene course. Food preparation gloves are worn when preparing food and a small sample is kept frozen for two weeks. We are fully aware of allergens and take great care along with cross contamination.
